Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (US): $5.99 (orders under $30)
FREE Shipping (US): Orders $30 and over

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Domestic (US):

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
  • USPS First Class: 3–5 business days

International (Hong Kong & select countries):

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days from shipment date
  • Carrier-calculated rates displayed at checkout (USPS International / UPS Worldwide)
  • Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur during peak seasons, customs review, or weather events
  • FREE shipping on international orders over HK$400 (approx. US$51)

Note: All orders ship from Edgar, Wisconsin, USA.

Shipping Carriers

Domestic: We primarily ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

International: We ship via USPS International (Priority Mail International, First Class Package International) and UPS Worldwide. Carrier and service level are selected at checkout based on destination and package weight.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to Hong Kong and select countries including Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, United Kingdom, and others. The full list of eligible destinations is shown at checkout.

International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means:

  • The customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes that may be assessed upon arrival in the destination country
  • Hong Kong: Most consumer goods are generally not subject to import duties under Hong Kong's free port policy; however, customers should confirm applicable requirements with Hong Kong Customs and Excise
  • Heil Ginseng has no control over import duties or customs delays and cannot predict or guarantee their applicability
  • Refused or unclaimed packages will be handled per our Refund Policy

International Shipping (Hong Kong)

We ship to Hong Kong via USPS Priority Mail International. Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes. Orders are shipped in USD equivalent and charged in HKD at checkout.

Order Tracking

Track your order using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, or log into your account on our website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  1. Contact us at support@heilginseng.com with your order number
  2. Provide photos of damage (if applicable)
  3. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund
