Managing Your Heil Ginseng Subscription
We want your subscription to work for you. Here is everything you can do to manage it.
How to Access Your Subscription
Every order confirmation email contains a link to your subscription portal. You can also log in to your account at heilginseng.com/account and click on your subscription to manage it.
Skip a Delivery
Need to skip a shipment? Log in to your subscription portal and select Skip next delivery at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge date. No charge will be made for that cycle and your subscription will resume on the following scheduled date.
Pause Your Subscription
You can pause your subscription at any time from your subscription portal. Select Pause subscription and choose a resume date. No charges will occur while your subscription is paused.
Change Delivery Frequency
Want deliveries more or less often? Log in to your subscription portal and select Edit frequency. You can switch between every 30, 45, or 60 days at any time.
Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel at any time with no fees or penalties. Log in to your subscription portal and select Cancel subscription. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge date to avoid being billed for that cycle.
If you need help cancelling, email us at support@heilginseng.com and we will cancel it for you same day.
Change Your Shipping Address
Update your shipping address any time from your subscription portal under Edit shipping address. Address changes take effect on your next scheduled order.
Update Payment Method
To update your credit card or payment method, log in to your subscription portal and select Update payment.
Discount
All subscriptions receive 10% off every order automatically. No code needed. Your discount is applied at checkout on every renewal.
Shipping
Subscription orders under $30 ship for a flat $2.99. Orders $30 and over ship free.
