Every bag is grown and dried by the Heil family in Wisconsin, farming since 1953, and carries the Ginseng Board of Wisconsin seal.
How to use it
Dried roots are hard, so slice them carefully. Steep thin slices in hot water, or add them to soup, broth, or congee. Keep each bag sealed in a cool, dry place.
