The Ginseng Board of Wisconsin (GBW) is the authoritative certification body for authentic Wisconsin-grown American ginseng. Established to protect the global reputation of Wisconsin ginseng, the Board sets and enforces the quality standards that define genuine Panax quinquefolius.
GBW certification verifies three things:
- The ginseng was grown in Wisconsin
- It meets the Board's quality and purity standards
